Hello and welcome to the news page.
There are some exciting things happening in 2007 and
I would like to share them with you.
"Blanket" won the Chairman's Award in
the Englewood National Arts Juried Art Show which
was held in
April.
I have received a Fellowship Award from the
Littleton Arts Alliance which involves developing a
series of paintings which are to be included in a
November showing. My series of paintings will have a
subject matter of DOORS OF DENVER. I plan to
find interesting doors with historical significance,
interesting colors and shapes, doors on famous
buildings, and whatever else I can find. The Show
will be held for the Month of November at the Bemis
Library in Littleton, CO. Reception Date is
Thursday, November 8th, 5pm to closing.
I was accepted into the Lines Into Shapes
International Show at the Art Center of Estes Park.
"Door on 78th" was accepted.
I was accepted into the Paletteer's Art Club's
Veteran Show with a painting of my
parents on their front lawn when my dad got out of
the navy in WWII.
